Okay, this is hilarious, and more people need to know about it (...is what I was going to say until I realised all the comments are over at spn-summergen. D'oh!)
I love the sibling dynamic here, it felt exactly like me and my brothers when we wind each other up. All the teasing and sarcastic remarks and slight antagonism rings so true.
The madlibs were hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing at the stupid 'A Day At The Zoo' one. I really liked how you threaded that jacket throughout the fic, it wasn't a throwaway detail, it had its own arc XD I could totally see Dean getting worked up over something that silly (also going off my own sibling relationships here).
And I was really impressed how you melded the sad parts and the happy parts. When I was reading it I was laughing and finding it really amusing for the most part and then there would be these sudden emotionally heartbreaking moments where I was brought to tears BUT THEN I would be back to laughing again very shortly after. I've read fics where the haven't been able to reconcile two emotionally opposite genres and I think it takes real skill to get it work, so congrats!
I also thought Nellie was very well done as an OC. I think the archetype of her character (annoying teenager) is difficult to not write one dimensionally, but you managed to make her very sympathetic (in particular, the mention about her being a social pariah), and consequently I was really touched by her storyline.
