Same here! Your tattooed eyeliner reminds me of my boss, who had tattooed-on eyebrows. She had no natural eyebrows to speak of, so she drew them on, but her eyesight was so bad that they were always looking crazy, so in that case, tattooed-on eyebrows were a good choice ....
