I think they give you ads based on your interests, so I'm guessing asianbeauties dot com or whatever it's called (seriously ... I highly recommend you don't click the link--I know I never will! virus central, most likely, since internet porn, just like casual sex, can give you/your computer cooties ;-) ) or lj or someone noticed an association between that phrase and Supernatural and thought they were being clever by showing that ad to SPN fans. Little did they know it's 99.5% straight women who only want to see hot guys doing it with each other!
