I just had a dream wherein congressional Democrats and Republicans were all having a ball and getting along great while watching each other play with their dogs on the White House lawn. Wtf??

I love dream interpretation, too, and those kinds of symbolism are often useful for figuring out the tricky ones, but this one I think was just a nice dream about how everyone could smooth over their differences and stop all the destructive in-fighting. It actually probably had more to do with reading about how Merry and Pippin handled being captured and abused the night before with the same bounce-back equanimity as dogs do ...
